Marcelina Biro

CEO & Founder

She has been in the NGO, development, and humanitarian sectors for over 20 years. Marcelina is a former Deputy Head of Mission for ICRC Dar, Governance Advisor for Swiss Embassy, National Coordinator terre des hommes schweiz and the Director for Humuliza Organization (offering Psychosocial Support for orphaned children) to mention a few. Importantly, she is among the team that established the vibrant youth organization; Vijana Simama Imara- whereby for 8 years she worked directly with the youth and the community at large. Marcelina believes in teamwork, coordination, and partnerships. She is passionate about promoting resilience among youth.

Judith Musheshe

Program Manager

She holds a degree of Master of Human Resource Management. She has been working directly with children and youth for more than 15 years at Humuliza organization for Psychosocial Support in Muleba, Kagera, Tanzania. Through which she managed different projects including READY+, tdh-ch, Kizazi Kipya. She is experienced Psychosocial Support facilitator and one of the REPSSI country facilitators (COFA). She is interested in advocating for young people’s rights.

Ponsiano Mgomi

Program Coordinator

He has eight (8) years’ experience in working under donor funded projects targeting areas of Education specifically working with Education Department and schools through provision of Adolescence and Sexual Reproductive Health Education and Life Skills to students; programs under HIV and AIDS (Bi-Directional referrals and linkages), Orphans and Vulnerable Children and People Living with HIV, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene(WASH), household economic strengthening, Adolescent and Sexual Reproductive health and rights, Nutrition, Maternal & New born Child Health, Building capacity of local resources including building capacity to local NGOs/CSOs, local government authorities and community owned human resources e.g. Community Health Workers/Community Volunteers, Para Social Workers, Peer Educators, savings groups, Health Facilities’ workers, Peer supportive groups and Most Vulnerable Children Committees), he has worked at local and International NGO settings as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer also as a Project Coordinator

Witness Nicodem Kiusa


She began her professional experience in 2019 as an assistant accountant at University of Dar es Salaam whereby she performed various accounting duties. The position also exposed her to different roles. She managed to develop good customer Services, compliance skills, proper reporting, financial forecast, problem solving techniques & team work among others. She is well equipped and resourceful, organized and excelling new expertise. Currently pursuing CPA studies as an executive program

Boniface Lawrence Kabarua


A graduate with experience and skills in service and social protection matters. Volunteered for Kijana Jasiri- Resilience Organization (KJRO) between March and April, during the needs assessment exercise. Boniface is holding a bachelor’s degree of science in social protection from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
