She has been in the NGO, development, and humanitarian sectors for over 20 years. Marcelina is a former Deputy Head of Mission for ICRC Dar, Governance Advisor for Swiss Embassy, National Coordinator terre des hommes schweiz and the Director for Humuliza Organization (offering Psychosocial Support for orphaned children) to mention a few. Importantly, she is among the team that established the vibrant youth organization; Vijana Simama Imara- whereby for 8 years she worked directly with the youth and the community at large. Marcelina believes in teamwork, coordination, and partnerships. She is passionate about promoting resilience among youth.
Judith Musheshe
Program Manager
She holds a degree of Master of Human Resource Management. She has been working directly with children and youth for more than 15 years at Humuliza organization for Psychosocial Support in Muleba, Kagera, Tanzania. Through which she managed different projects including READY+, tdh-ch, Kizazi Kipya. She is experienced Psychosocial Support facilitator and one of the REPSSI country facilitators (COFA). She is interested in advocating for young people’s rights.
Kester Peter
Office Administrator
A Bachelor Degree graduate with experience and skills. He is a results driven professional with reputed success in administration and management. Kester has been working with youths on different sports/social activities as a team leader, coach and mentor. He believes in teamwork, unity and communication as best pillars towards development and team achievements. Kester also deals with the collection of processes used to ensure that organization website is professional, up-to-date and fully functioning as intended, this encompasses general maintenance, security and long-term development of the website.
