Mr. Renatus Mkaruka is an accomplished leader and humanitarian professional with over 30 years of experience spanning disaster management, humanitarian operations, education, and organizational leadership. Holding a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and a BSc in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University of Agriculture, he has served in senior positions at the Tanzania Red Cross Society, including Director of Disaster Management and Disaster Preparedness Manager. Mr. Renatus has successfully led large-scale refugee relief operations, coordinated national disaster strategies, and built strong partnerships with government, UN agencies, and international organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Dynavision Investments Limited and Director of Dar es Salaam Blue Sky Schools, Mr. Renatus brings proven expertise in programme management, resilience building, localization, and capacity development, with a strong track record in training, networking, and results-based management.
