Kester is a Bachelor’s degree graduate with over 5 years’ experience across diverse sectors including private sector and non-governmental organization.  He is results-driven professional with strong experience in administration and organizational management. Kester’s experiences have contributed to smooth running of KJRO’s day to day operations including but not limited to office management, logistics and procurement, coordination, compliance, resource mobilization and programme implementation. He has a solid background in entrepreneurship training and youth mentorship through sports and social activities.   With these skills, Kester has helped young people to identify their talents and improve their livelihood.
